Branch Manager II - Business Development
Germantown and Gaithersburg Offices

Job Description
Responsible for efficient, effective management of a full-service branch office with $25M to $30M in deposits and loans , ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed, and delegating the day-to-day operations to the Assistant Branch Manager. Primary responsibility is for new Business Development and Small Business lending. Represents the bank at civic and service club functions. Responds to questions and/or provides information upon request from customers (internal & external). Processes requests/transactions as appropriate. Assists customers and potential customers in understanding and utilizing bank products and services.

Experience Required
BA/BS preferred plus a minimum of 3 years branch management experience including business development, sales, and operations. Management/Supervisory experience required. Formal credit training desireable. Small business lending experience a plus. Formal Sales management training preferred. Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills required. PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet. Ability to function in a financial institution branch envirtonment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: fax, copier, telephone, etc. Travel required. Ability to lift minimum 25 lbs (i.e. coin bags).


Teller

Job Description
Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, provides a variety of customer service functions, such as processing savings account, checking account, and loan transactions; cashing checks, and so forth. Is responsible for providing quality customer service, cross-selling the Bank's services, and balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals. Responds to questions and/or provides information upon request from customers (internal and external). Processes requests/transactions, as appropriate. Assists customers and potential customers in understanding and utilizing the Bank's products and services.

Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum 18 months pervious Teller experience. Ability to sell Bank products and services. Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures. Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills. PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet. Excellent math ability. Previous sales and customer service experience desired. Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, fax, copier, telephone, etc. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs (i.e. coin bags). Some travel required.


Floating Teller

Job Description

In addition, this position requires travel between branches in Montgomery County and Washington, DC as needed. Reliable transportation and flexible schedule a must.
